Streaming Audio For Your Website And Blogs

I am having a problem with this.The iTunes shows are obviously Mpeg 4(I believe) files.I have the "Any Video Converter"...which is absolutely great.But the problem is that when I add any of my iTunes TV shows into the converter,it says "Video does not contain audio stream" and "This video will not contain any sound".I have a very difficult times trying to figure this out.Does anybody know what I can use or do to fix this? Thanks in advance :-)
