Streaming Audio For Your Website And Blogs

Essentially, there is a small music records company in a town where i live in, i have a local website in which i would like to add the possibility of streaming music from the music record company in town to users and pay for the right to do so with web advertising (kinda like deezer on a smaller scale). What do i need for this ? In terms of how does the music gets streamed ? From the servers/databases of the records company directly to the site ? The Bluehost thing says unlimited space, unlimited transfer...how is that possible ? What if a website like youtube came around and used that...however youtube spends millions of dollars. That is what im confused about, a lot of these hosts seem to have very low prices, but a lot of bandwith use in music streaming web sites seem to spend quite a lot of money.
