Streaming Audio For Your Website And Blogs

i was deleting anything that i didnt recognise from my laptop this morning, in the 'add or remove programs'. now i opened up itunes to play some songs and it says 'media error: Cannot play the audio stream.no audio hardware is available, or the hardware is not responding' im not a computer know it all. i think i deleted something i need to play music. what do i do? should download something? please help! cheers(Y)
