ok. i got nero and im trying to burn a file my friend sent me. we made a movie and he sent it from his mac computer to my windows. when i open nero and click add folders to rip and burn, the folder were the video is shows nothing in it. however, if i open the folder myself and drag the movie into nero, it says there is an error b/c stream encoding is envalid and there is no audio or video. what should i do to put my movie on a dvd so it can be played on any tv?
