Resolved Question: If I add a video card will I see any improvement in video?

I have a pentium 4 CPU 2.93 ghz w/integrated video and audio and 1 gb DDR memory. If I add a video card will I see any improvement in video streaming and online video (YouTube, Google, Yahoo, TV network, etc.) quality? I'd like to be able to expand the playback screen size to improve viewing enjoyment.
