Resolved Question: i think my sister has removed a programme i need when tidying up to make disk space . help please.?

when i log on to tv or movie streaming sites i get picture but no audio . in one place i get a message saying i may need third party software to play the audio track . this happened after my sis had removed rarely used programmes in the add/remove programmes bit of on control panel . cant i recover the removed programmes ??? or any other ideas ??? i need my online tv .
