Resolved Question: problem with the Subtitle Workshop…?

i have a peoblem when i add the movie to the program it said "some of the streams of the movie could not be rendred correctly. probably the audio or video code is missing" ! what's the problem??
it's a AVI movie is that the problem? so i should convert it to something else?
